Apple Crunch Cupcakes


2 cups whole wheat flour

1/2 cup applesauce (unsweetened)

1/4 cup dried apple chips, chopped

2 tablespoons honey

1 egg

1 tsp baking powder


Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.

Spoon the mixture into greased cupcake tins or silicone molds.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Allow to cool before serving. These can be stored in an airtight container for a few days or frozen for longer storage.
